I can't express how happy I am with the purchase of this bag! I lead a busy life and needed something big enough to throw all my daily stuff into without it looking like a hobo bag. I wanted something fitting for going out or casual without a lot of expense and this fits the bill. I can't comment on the durability yet as I just got it, but after using it for a month, I can say I love this bag! For the price, I highly recommend!

The handles and carry strap were wrapped snuggly in paper, and even the zipper and other metal fasteners were protected from scratches with paper wrappings. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of this bag and the pride the manufacturer evidently took in shipping it.
